🚚 DELIVERY: Free delivery within 20 miles of our location. Delivery outside that area is available and the fee is calculated at checkout.
🧼 CLEANING: All rental equipment is cleaned and sanitized before each use.
⏱ RENTAL TIME: Rentals include a guaranteed 8 hours of playtime unless otherwise discussed in advance.
💧 WET / DRY SEASON: This inflatable can be used with water during the months of March through December. December through March is dry only.
🌧 RAIN POLICY: If rain is expected, contact us—reschedule options depend on the forecast and your event date.

🔴 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Please remove all pet/animal waste from the setup area before we arrive
- Enough space for setup — check unit size/requirements below
- Clear path to the setup area
- Somewhat level ground — ask if you’re unsure
- One electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area, or add a generator if needed
- Water source + garden hose required for wet use
🧱 SETUP SURFACES: Grass is best. Some surfaces like concrete or asphalt may be possible with the proper securing method—ask us if you’re unsure.
