- ⛺ LATE PICK-UP: Any request for pick-up after 6:00pm will be considered overnight rental. Picked up the next morning
- 🌧 RAIN POLICY: Reschedule due to rain with 24-hour notice. Light rain or passing showers do not automatically qualify for cancellation.For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be operated in severe weather, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or high winds we will cancel. Deposit will be held up to 6 months for rescheduled rental.
- 👧 👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
