- 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Clarksville and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

- 🕛 RENTAL TIME: All rentals are guaranteed for 7 hours of play time. Delivery is guaranteed by 11:30am and with pick-ups starting at 6:00pm.
- We may drop off the evening before; or starting at 7:00am the day of rental.

- ⛺ LATE PICK-UP: Any request for pick-up after 6:00pm will be considered overnight rental and a $30 fee will applied. picked up the next morning
- 🌧 RAIN POLICY: Reschedule due to rain with 24-hour notice. Deposit will be held up to 6 months for rescheduled rental.
- 👧 👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- 🧽CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.

- Semi-Flat ground for set-up, clear of debris.

*PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are 7am-11am, pickups begin After 6pm. (Fall schedule pick ups begin at 5pm) Your time will depend where you fall on our route. Pickups will be in same order as deliveries, unless requested later pickup time. We do offer overnight rentals.
